The ideal of growing is include people without differences in society, the ideal of society is to keep an environment without differences in opportunities, economy, the bad idea from economy is to keep people in higher levels than other ones, for that reason, here in the western hemisphere, the new world we even the Spanish people (Latin-American people), Spanish speakers although we are the majority, we still think that English have the possibility to access to more goods and services, and how we cannot think that if in south america, everything is filled with the security services sold by the higher industries with the most valuable capacity to kept us safe, far away from the danger.
We become in elective, because the difference between the elective circumstances represent prestige, status, politics and power.
Thus, every great circumstance in this continent and apparently around the glove is given in English.

The main point is that Bilingual Education in Colombia through the National Bilingual Program got the possibility to give quality education to the people, to connect the country through internet with the world, but like always, something happened, that produce low income in teachers that apparently they ask too much for the government, but when teachers get a better salary that means that the wisdom is increasing, and the power of education overcomes the war, and a war is won with education without even shot a bullet, the “supreme art of war is to subdue the enemy without fighting” Sunt Tzu.

We found in bilingualism facts that comes with possibilities to understand people beyond of our simple knowledge in our culture, beyond of our borders. and look at this as the opportunity to be part of something bigger even than our self existence in our culture and around our environment, to contextualize our undertanding and go toward objectives of learning and comprehension which help humans be more humans.
through the discovering of new knowledge in life and not merely economic opportunities, the way how we interact with different litterature, different expressions, knowledge, art watching our own minds, challenges us to lead to different ways for our personal conception of the world. And analysing the previous knowledge that we had acquired about the closest people to us, compared with the new knowledge acquired with the new cultures to know.
Is necesary to say that we don´t only communicate with our language, but whit expressions, culture, customs, experiences and smiles to be easy to talk.
Communication becomes more confident when becomes easier to talk.
